    The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

    Point g, Clause 2, Article 50 of Decree 152/2025/ND-CP stipulates as follows: The title of emulation flag of the military region, military group, service group, general department and equivalent under the Ministry of National Defense, Government Equipment Committee; the emulation flag of the National University is awarded with a flag and is rewarded with 6.0 times the basic salary.

    According to the provisions of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the current basic salary is 2.34 million VND/month.

    Thus, the collective awarded the emulation flag of the military region will be rewarded with 14,040,000 VND (2.34 million VND X6).
