On June 11, the Labor Federation of Trieu Phong District (Quang Tri) said that the unit had just held a Conference to summarize Trade Union activities for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
According to the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation, the whole area has 46 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) of affiliated schools, with 1,674 union members. In the past school year, the grassroots trade unions have completed and exceeded many planned targets. The work of caring for the lives and representing and protecting the legitimate rights of cadres, teachers and workers has been implemented regularly and effectively. Patriotic emulation movements and legal policy propaganda activities continue to be promoted.
The District Labor Federation organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" At Ty 2025, giving 222 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. The school union sponsored 25 disadvantaged people, with a total amount of over 30 million VND/year. During Workers' Month, 40 gifts and many other gifts were also given to union members and children of workers in special circumstances.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - praised the outstanding results of the District Federation of Labor and the school trade unions. He emphasized that 2025 is a special year, when the activities of district-level trade unions and school trade unions will end according to the roadmap for restructuring the apparatus. However, with the built foundation, he hopes that movement activities and educational careers in the area will continue to achieve many achievements.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded the Emulation Flag for Excellence to 1 collective, Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 5 individuals; the District Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 31 individuals with achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and trade union activities in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
