    According to item 3, Appendix I, regulations on the level of monthly allowances and preferential allowances for people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution, issued together with Decree 321/2026/ND-CP (effective from October 1, 2026), stipulate as follows:

    Thus, from October 1, 2026, relatives of martyrs will receive monthly allowances according to the above regulations.
