    Clause 2, Article 13, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP stipulates the level of enjoyment of allowances, subsidies and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution (effective from October 1, 2026), stipulating allowances for worshiping martyrs: 1,600,000 VND/martyr/year.

    Thus, from October 1, 2026, the allocation for worshiping martyrs is 1,600,000 VND/martyr/year.
