According to the post, while teaching driving, Mr. Dat received a request for support from another driving instructor when this person's student suddenly showed signs of convulsions and stiffness.
Mr. Dat then directly drove to take the trainees to the hospital. During the journey, due to an emergency situation, he ran a red light, exceeded speed and performed some quick movements to find his way to the medical facility.

Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong newspaper, Mr. Bui Ngoc Dat - the person who posted the article said that the incident happened at about 7:20 pm on September 22, at the driving training ground of Thanh Do University.

According to Mr. Dat, after receiving the patient, he and 2 of his students moved to Hoai Duc General Hospital. The driving instructor of the student who encountered the incident also ran behind.
The distance from the driving training ground to Hoai Duc General Hospital is about 4km. Mr. Dat said it took about 10 minutes to take the patient to the hospital. Because he was not familiar with the area, he had to both drive and check the map to find the nearest medical facility.
This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, so I am a bit panicked. I don't know the locations in this area. The hospitals I know are all far away, so I walked and quickly checked which hospital was nearest to go straight there in time," Mr. Dat said.
During the movement, Mr. Dat said he turned on the danger warning lights and continuously honked the horn to ask for directions. However, at times, vehicles in front did not have time to avoid.
According to Mr. Dat, during this journey, he ran a red light once, and in some sections, he was speeding and had to move quickly and flexibly to bring patients to the hospital.
At that time, I was also afraid of running a light, afraid of being misunderstood because there was still a car in front. But at that time, I couldn't think much, trying to find a way to take him to the hospital as quickly as possible. If he was unfortunately fined, it would be resolved later," Mr. Dat shared.
After taking the patient to Hoai Duc General Hospital, doctors checked vital signs, conducted necessary checks and intravenous fluids.
Mr. Dat and his 2 students stayed for about an hour, until the patient's family was present and received them. According to information he received later from the family, near night, the patient was discharged from the hospital and returned home.
Mr. Dat said that after completing the evacuation of the patient to the emergency room, he extracted the dashcam to save the entire diễn biến.
