- After being approved by competent authorities, promptly implement the payment of policies and regimes to cadres, civil servants and public employees in accordance with the provisions of law.

Thus, the head of the agency, organization or unit directly managing and using cadres, civil servants and public employees is responsible for determining the subjects subject to resignation according to the provisions of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP.
