Clause 3, Article 3 of Circular 14/2024/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security stipulates the receipt of applications and public announcement of the list of candidates as follows:
a) Commune-level police organize the reception of application documents. In case the application documents are incomplete or invalid according to regulations, the application receiving department is responsible for notifying immediately upon receipt and providing instructions to complete the application documents according to regulations;
b) At the end of the application submission period, the Commune-level Police shall make a list of candidates, report to the People's Committee at the same level for approval and publicly post the list of candidates at the headquarters of the People's Council, People's Committee, Commune-level Police, at cultural houses and community activity points in villages and residential groups within 15 working days before the date of the recruitment meeting.
Thus, those who want to join the force to protect security and order at the grassroots level must submit their application to the police station of the commune where they reside or temporarily reside.
