Article 10 of Circular 105/2023/TT - BQP stipulates the following military service assessment as follows:
1. Provincial Medical Examination Council for Military Health Inspection of Military Service when there is a complaint related to the health of citizens who are called to perform military service and reserve military personnel by the Military Service Council The district level suggested.

3. Dossiers of inspection, including:
a) Application for personal assessment (according to Form 8 Appendix V issued together with this Circular);
b) The proposal of the district military service council;
c) A valid copy of military service vouchers, reserve military health check cards or military health check -ups (depending on the contents of inspection).
4. In the period of 15 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier, the provincial Medical Examination Council must conclude that the health assessment of citizens performing military service and sending documents and results of the supervisor. plan for the district military service council.
5. The decision of the Provincial Medical Examination Council is the final conclusion about the health complaints of citizens performing military service.
