    Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 105/2023/TT-BQP of the Ministry of Defense stipulates health standards to perform military service as follows:

    a) General standard

    Achieve health grade 1, type 2, type 3 as prescribed in Article 5 and Article 6 of this Circular;

    Do not call enlistment for citizens addicted to narcotic and narcotic substances prescribed in the Government's Decree No. 57/2022/ND-CP of August 25, 2022 Pre -quality.

    b) Specific criteria: A number of specific health standards in recruiting military service are prescribed by the Minister of Defense.
