According to Guidance 01/HD-BCA-V05 of the Ministry of Public Security, the evaluation procedure for Team members of the Security and Order Protection Team is as follows:
- Step 1: The Team Leader presides over organizing a group assessment meeting first, and individuals later. Members discuss and vote to unanimously propose ranking levels for Teams and Team members (record meeting minutes according to the template). Based on the results of the meeting, the Team Leader has a written report to the Commune-level Police Command (through commune-level police officers in charge of the area) on the ranking results for Teams and Team members.
- Step 2: Commune-level police officers in charge of the area comment and evaluate the operating results of the Team and Team members, and at the same time ask for opinions from the Village Head, Neighborhood Team Leader, and Head of the Fatherland Front Committee in villages and residential groups in the area on the ranking results for Teams and Team members, and summarize the results to report to the Commune-level Police Command.
- Step 3: Commune-level police advise the Chairman of the Commune-level People's Committee to organize a meeting to evaluate the results of operations and consider ranking in the year for Teams and Team members. Composition includes: Chairman of the Commune-level People's Committee, chairman, representative of the Commune-level Police Command; commune-level police officers in charge of the area; Team leaders of the security and order protection team under the area; other relevant components convened and invited to the meeting by the chairman.
- Step 4: Based on the results of the meeting mentioned in Step 3, the commune-level police advise the Chairman of the commune-level People's Committee to issue a decision to classify and exchange groups and group members.
Evaluation time for the Security and Order Protection Team, members of the Security and Order Protection Team: Evaluation period from November 15 of the previous year to November 14 of the evaluated year.
