The subjects eligible to participate in supplementary admission consideration are candidates who have taken all three common subjects including Literature, Mathematics and Foreign Language at the 10th grade high school entrance exam in the 2026-2027 school year organized by the Department of Education and Training. The mandatory condition is that candidates have no exam subjects with a score of 0, and are not yet named in the list of admitted students of any public high school according to the benchmark score announced on June 8. In addition, the total admission score of candidates must be equal to or higher than the supplementary admission benchmark score of the school that they wish to register.
In this enrollment phase, the whole city has 19 public high schools opening additional enrollment quotas with a fairly large number. Some schools with leading additional enrollment quotas can be mentioned such as Nguyen Hien - Duy Xuyen High School with 136 quotas, Tran Phu - Viet An High School with 131 quotas, or Thai Phien - Thang Binh High School with 115 quotas. Conversely, some schools with very limited quotas such as Nam Tra My High School only additionally enroll 1 quota. Candidates are allowed to register for any public high school with quotas in the area, as long as they fully meet the conditions on entrance scores.
To create maximum convenience and ensure transparency, the entire registration process will be carried out online through the Admissions System of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City at the information portal address: https://ts.danang.edu. vn. Candidates use the identification account provided by the secondary school where they studied in grade 9 before to log in and perform the school selection operation.
The time to receive online registration dossiers starts from June 24 to the end of June 30. During this time, the system allows students to change the school to register for additional enrollment based on the actual situation, and the information recorded in the last change before locking the gate will be the official registration information.
Regarding the review method, schools will conduct independent admission based on admission scores from high to low until the assigned quota is met. At the final quota milestone, if two or more candidates have the same score, all these candidates will be recognized as admitted. It is expected that the supplementary admission results of schools will be officially announced no later than July 10.
The Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City also reminds parents and students, in case of losing or forgetting the system login account, to immediately contact the secondary school where they are studying in grade 9 to be re-issued.
