138. Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology
The 2025 admission method of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology is as follows:
- Method 1: Talent admission.
- Method 2: Admission based on the results of the International Competency Assessment Certificate (SAT/ACT).
- Method 3: Admission based on the results of the competency assessment test or thinking assessment.
- Method 4: Admission combined with an International English Certificate ( IELTS, TOEFL certificate) with high school academic results (academic transcript).
+ Candidates who have been recognized as having graduated from high school (high school) or equivalent.
+ Candidates must have an international English Certificate for a period of time (as of the admission date) with IELTS 5.5 or higher or TOEFL iBT 65 or higher or TOEFL ITP 513 or higher and have an average score of grades 10, 11, 12 or higher and have a good conduct test.
+ The Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology does not accept the TOEFL iBT English proficiency assessment certificate with the Test Center in the form of Home Edition for use in admission to a regular university.

139. Academy of Public Administration and Management
In 2025, the Academy of Public Administration and Management will enroll students in 4 ways:
- Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Combined admission
- Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
- Admission based on high school academic results (high school academic results of grade 10, grade 11, grade 12 according to subject combinations).
To ensure input quality, conditions for receiving applications for high school transcripts:
a. Headquartered in Hanoi:
High school graduation.
Coefficient: Quite or higher.
The total score of the 3 subjects (Average score plus subjects of grade 10, grade 11, grade 12) in the admission combination is from 18.0 points or more (no subject below 5.0 points. In the Law major, the Math or Literature Score Inspectorate major must reach a minimum score of 6.0 or higher).
b. Branch in Quang Nam:
High school graduation.
Coefficient: Quite or higher.
The total score of 3 subjects (the average score of the subjects of grade 10, grade 11, grade 12) in the admission complex reaches 16.5 points or more (particularly the law, specialized in the inspection of the total score of 3 subjects in the admission complex must reach 18.0 points or more and the math or Literature minimum of 6.0 points or more).
c. Branch in Ho Chi Minh City:
High school graduation.
Coefficient: Quite or higher.
The total score of the 3 subjects (Average score combined with subjects of grade 10, grade 11, grade 12) in the admission combination is from 18.0 points or more (In Law major, Math or Literature score inspection major, the minimum score is 6.0 points or more).
