The whole Hoa Binh province has over 14,500 grade 9 students. The 10th grade entrance exam is held from June 3 to 5.
This is the first entrance exam conducted according to the 2018 General Education Program. Candidates must take general exams, including 2 compulsory subjects: Math and Literature, 1 optional subject is English.
Students taking the entrance exam to Hoang Van Thu High School for the Gifted must take the professional exam in addition to the general exam subject, and take the professional exam of the registered professional class.
Students who want to study in high-quality classes at Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities must take a competency assessment test for each high-quality class in addition to the general exam.
