To date, many universities have announced their expected enrollment plans for 2026, which apply the form of admission based on high school transcripts and offer a floor score for receiving applications from candidates.
At Pacific University, the school applies the form of considering high school transcript scores for admission to training majors. In which:
- Total scores according to the combination of 3 subjects of the whole 12th grade year from 18 points or higher; or
- Academic results of 6 semesters (all 10th grade, all 11th grade and all 12th grade) ranked as Achievement or higher.
- In addition, application scores for the Law major: From 18 points or higher for the high school transcript or high school graduation exam results 2026; or from 6 points or higher for the high school graduation exam score 2026; or from 720 points or higher for the competency assessment exam results of Ho Chi Minh City.
Meanwhile, the conditions for the high school transcript-based admission method of Hanoi National University of Education 2 in 2026 are as follows:
- Failure score of Aptitude subject (10 points scale): From 1.00 points or less.
- Candidates use the general average score of academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 of the subjects (Recorded in the transcript) according to the subject combination to register for admission consideration.
- Specific requirements for training programs are as follows:
+ For teacher training programs
The average general academic results are assessed as good (academic ability ranked from excellent or higher) for the whole 12th grade year (or equivalent) and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination reaches 18.8 points (the preschool education training program requires a total score of 02 high school graduation exam subjects (excluding aptitude subjects) according to the admission subject combination reaching 12.0 points or higher) or higher, or the high school graduation consideration score from 8.50 or higher, not applicable to candidates exempted from the exam, candidates specially graduated from high school according to the regulations in the current High School Graduation Exam Regulations and candidates who graduated from 2025 or earlier;
For the Physical Education major, the average general academic results assessed as "good" (academic ability ranked from "good" or higher) for the whole 12th grade year (or equivalent) and the total score of 02 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination reaches 11.00 points or higher or the high school graduation consideration score from 6.50 or higher, it is not applicable to candidates who are exempt from the exam, candidates who are specially graduated from high school according to the regulations in the current High School Graduation Exam Regulations and candidates who have graduated from 2025 or earlier.
Candidates who are level 1 athletes, generals, athletes who have won medals at Phu Dong Health Festival, national and international youth tournaments with excellent aptitude test scores organized by the School (from 9.00 points or higher on a scale of 10) when registering for admission to appropriate training programs do not have to apply the entrance threshold.
+ For other training programs
Candidates must have a total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination reaching at least 15.00 points on a 30-point scale (the training program for Physical Education and Sports Management requires a total score of 02 high school graduation exam subjects (excluding aptitude subjects) according to the admission subject combination reaching at least 10.00 points), applicable to candidates taking the 2026 graduation exam; not applicable to candidates eligible for special consideration for high school graduation.
