The Academy of Journalism and Propaganda has just announced information on enrollment for the regular university system in 2026. Accordingly, the expected tuition fee for regular students of course 46 (2026 - 2030):
- Political theory lecturer training programs: Philosophy, Scientific Socialism, Political Economy, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Thought: tuition fee exemption.
- Standard training programs, expected: 558,800 VND/credit (excluding 13 Physical Education, National Defense - Security Education credits).
- Quality accreditation training programs, expected: 1. 175. 400 VND/credit (excluding 13 Physical Education, National Defense - Security Education credits), including: Creative Communication and Advertising; Professional Public Relations; Political Relations and International Communications; Foreign Information; English Language; Sociology; Editorial; Print Journalism; Press Photo; Radio; Television Newspaper; Television Filming; Electronic Newspaper; Mass Media; Multimedia Communication; Marketing Communication; Electronic Publishing; Public Administration; International Communications; Social Work; Economic Management; Development Politics; State Management; Policy Communication.
- Roadmap for tuition fee increases for each year and adjustments according to the guidance of the Government, the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
Accordingly, compared to 2025, tuition fees for the standard training program in 2026 decreased by about 12,200 VND/credit (in 2025 it was 571,000 VND/credit).
However, the expected tuition fee for training programs that achieve quality accreditation in 2026 increased by 135,400 VND/credit compared to 2025 (in 2025 it is 1,040,000 VND/credit).
At Hanoi Medical University, the expected tuition fee for the 2026 - 2027 academic year of the school for the Medicine major is 74.8 million VND/year and the Dentistry - Maxillofacial - Maxillofacial major is 80 million VND/year. Majors under the bachelor's system have tuition fees ranging from 19.1 to 53.2 million VND/school year depending on the level of autonomy of each affiliated unit.
Accordingly, the expected tuition fees for training majors at the school in the 2026 - 2027 academic year will increase from 2.2 to 17.8 million VND compared to last year (depending on the training major).
In which, the expected tuition fee for the Dentistry - Maxillofacial major in 2026 will increase by 17.8 million VND compared to 2025 (last year the tuition fee for the Dentistry - Maxillofacial major was 60.2 million VND/year/student).
Tuition fees for 2026 of the University of Information Technology (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) are expected to be about 41.8 - 140 million VND per year, depending on the training program.
