Compared to the previous school year, tuition fees at some schools are adjusted to increase depending on majors and training programs.
For the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the expected tuition fee applied for the 2026 enrollment course is as follows:
- Domestic full-time university students
+ 2026-2027 school year: 4, 800,000 VND/month (equivalent to 48,000,000 VND/year)
+ 2027-2028 school year: 5,000. 000 VND/month (equivalent to 50,000. 000 VND/year)
+ 2028-2029 school year: 5, 200,000 VND/month (equivalent to 52,000,000 VND/year)

Accordingly, the tuition fee this year of the University of Economics compared to the 2025 enrollment course, with adjustments to increase in some programs. Tuition fees for domestic regular university students increased by 2 million VND/year compared to the previous enrollment course.
For the University of Commerce, according to the 2026 enrollment plan, tuition fees for training programs are as follows:
- Tuition fees for standard training programs: from 2,575,000 to 3,669,000 VND/month according to each training program.
- Tuition fees for international professional orientation training programs (IPOP): 4,235,000 VND/month.
- Tuition fees for international dual-degree programs: 260,000,000,000 VND/course.
- Tuition fees for advanced training programs: 200,000,000 VND/course.
The annual tuition fee level increases by no more than 12.5% compared to the previous year (according to Decree 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government).
Accordingly, compared to 2025, tuition fees for standard training programs increased from 2,400,000 - 2,700,000 VND/month to 2,575,000 - 3,669,000 VND/month, corresponding to an increase of 17,50,00 - 2,79,000 VND/month.
School of Management and Business (HSB), Vietnam National University, Hanoi has announced tuition fees for the 2026 - 2027 academic year for Regular and Associated training programs:

Meanwhile, at the National Economics University, tuition fees for the regular general university system are calculated based on the number of credits students register for each semester. Tuition fees for the 2026 - 2027 academic year are calculated based on credits as follows:

For the High Quality, POHE and Advanced programs, tuition fees are calculated monthly, collected for 10 months each school year, uniformly applied to courses 64 to 68, unchanged compared to the 2025-2026 school year.

At Foreign Trade University, according to enrollment information for 2026, implementing regulations on the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions under the national education system and policies on tuition fee exemption and reduction, learning cost support, and service prices in the field of education and training promulgated according to Decree 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government, the expected tuition fees for the 2026-2027 school year for programs at the school are as follows:
- Standard program: 28 to 32 million VND/year
- Integrated program: 34 to 39 million VND/year
- High-quality program: 50 to 54 million VND/year
- Career orientation and international development programs:
