According to the enrollment information of Hanoi University of Construction in 2025, the tuition fee for the 2025 - 2026 school year for full-time students and the roadmap for increasing the maximum tuition fee for each year are as follows:
- Tuition fees for regular university programs (Engineering/Ar alwaysiteurer/Bachelor's) for the 2025 - 2026 school year: 18,500,000 VND/school year (School collects tuition fees according to credits).
- The tuition fee increase roadmap is implemented according to Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 and Decree amending and supplementing No.7/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government.
Regarding scholarships, from 2025, the school will consider awarding scholarships to students of a number of majors/specializations whose admission results are in the top 5 of that major/specialization (the scholarship level is equal to the tuition fee of the school year).

In 2025, Hanoi University of Construction will enroll students in the following ways:
- Method 1: Admission using the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam and the results of the 2025 competency exam (for majors/specializations, the competency exam is considered).
- Method 2: Considering high school academic results (examination) (commonly applied to both candidates who graduate from high school in 2025 and candidates who have graduated from high school before 2025).
- Method 3: Considering the results of Exams organized by other higher education institutions (TSA, SPT, V-SAT).
- Method 4: Considering the use of international competency assessment certificates.
- Method 5: Direct admission and Priority admission.
