Focus on reviewing, inspecting and examining establishments in the management area on the practice of salaried doctors, people with family medicine papers or people with family medicine treatment methods, focusing on the scope of professional activities of traditional medicine clinics and traditional medicine diagnostics rooms in the area.
Strictly handle according to the provisions of law establishments producing and trading medicinal herbs, traditional medicines, traditional medicine, medical examination and treatment establishments that violate the law, advertising without a license to advertise or advertising activities beyond the content approved by competent authorities; false advertising, exaggerating the uses of health-related products on social networking platforms.
At the same time, the Department of Traditional Medicine Management also requested the Departments of Health of provinces and cities to synthesize and report on the implementation process of rectifying medical examination, treatment, inspection and examination of facilities in the management area of traditional medicine and pharmaceuticals in the first 6 months of 2025, including the following contents: Developing a plan to implement the peak month of the fight against and repelling smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights in the field of traditional medicine and pharmaceuticals;
Number of inspection teams; number of establishments inspected for the production, trading, and trading of medicinal herbs, traditional medicines, medical examination and treatment by medicine, traditional medicine within the scope of traditional medicine and management areas established.
Units that violated the detection of establishments being fined for administrative violations (and the amount of money to handle administrative violations); Number of individuals and establishments that violated the law will be transferred to relevant authorities.
The Department of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy Management requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally run cities to urgently deploy and report the implementation results to the Department of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy Management before June 30, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Ministry's leaders.
