Tuition fees for non-pedagogical students are calculated according to Decree 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 regulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the National Education System and policies for exemption, reduction of tuition fees, support for study costs; service prices in the field of education and training; Decree7/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 81/2021/ND-CP. The expected tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year is 1,410,000 VND/month/student per month, depending on the major, each school year takes 10 months.
In the following school years, tuition fees will increase according to the roadmap prescribed by the State. The expected tuition fee for the entire course is 73,000,000 VND/course/student. The tuition fee level can be changed and adjusted when the state has documents to adjust.
For pedagogical students, it is necessary to comply with Decree 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating policies to support tuition fees and living expenses for students and Decree No. 60/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 116/2020/ND-CP.
Pedagogy students are supported by the state with tuition and living expenses according to the provisions of Decree 116/2020/ND-CP. Procedures, standards and norms are supported to be implemented in accordance with State regulations.
Students have access to scholarship funds of the school, Hanoi National University and different sponsors at many different levels.
