The Border Guard Academy announces the plan to convert points between methods, the compensation level is different between university admission combinations in 2025 as follows:
Converting the score between the competency assessment results and the high school graduation exam results:
a) Principal group to compare compensation for difference between groups: C00.
b) Converting scores from competency assessment (GIA) results to high school graduation exam results according to admission combinations
Converting from the Hanoi National University's (VNU) competency assessment test score to the high school graduation exam score
Converting from the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment test score to the high school graduation exam score
Signs in the conversion table:
HSA - Hanoi National University's Competency Assessment Test (scale 150).
APT - Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment Test (on a scale of 1,200).
C00 - Admission combination based on high school exam results, including subjects: Literature, History, Geography (score 30).
C01 - Admission combination based on high school exam results, including subjects: Literature, Math, Physics (score 30).
C03 - Admission combination based on high school exam results, including subjects: Literature, Math, History (score 30).
D01 - Admission combination based on high school exam results, including subjects: Math, Literature, English (on a 30-point scale).
A01 - Admission combination based on high school exam results, including subjects: Math, Physics, English (score scale 30.
The conversion table was developed according to Official Dispatch No. 4240/TSQS-QHNT dated July 23, 2025 of the Ministry of National Defense's Admissions Committee. For the combination C01, C03 that has not been converted, the following formula is followed:
C00 = C01 + 0.76.
C00 = C03 + 0.98.
- The National High School equations are converted according to the admission combinations of each school, excluding incentive points and priority points; the results of the highest converted combination are included in the admission.
