On the morning of August 1, it was noted that at the Tay Tuu Ward Public Administration Service Point (Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City), many people had come early to get their numbers for procedures. The procedures are carried out quickly and in an orderly manner.
Ms. Duong Thi Thoa (residing in Van Tri 4 residential group, Tay Tuu ward) said that today she came to declare to do land compensation procedures. According to Ms. Thoa, recently, she has carried out many administrative procedures at the ward and found that everything is going very well. At first, when she did not fully understand the registration procedures, she was enthusiastically guided by the staff, from how to get the number to the implementation procedure. "The staff work very on time, give enthusiastic instructions, and the people feel secure," she shared.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Ms. Le Thi Thanh - Deputy Chief of Office of Tay Tuu Ward People's Committee - said that after a month of implementation, the activities have become more organized. People coming to do procedures at public administrative service points are advised and supported by staff to resolve the matter promptly. Many documents are processed on the same day, without having to wait and travel many times as before. In case people are still stuck and do not understand the process, they will be invited to the reception room for specific instructions from the staff.
The implementation of free utilities to serve people while waiting has also been implemented by Tay Tuu ward such as: providing drinking water, supporting the elderly, the disabled, high-speed wifi; taking photos and printing documents... However, due to limited space, some utilities such as serving snacks cannot be implemented yet. "In the coming time, when conditions are more stable, the ward will continue to expand according to the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee," said Ms. Thanh.
