Foreign Trade University
Important milestones in the process of confirming and completing admission procedures at Foreign Trade University:
- Before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026: Online enrollment confirmation on the Ministry of Education and Training's Enrollment Information Portal.
- 10:00 AM on August 16 - before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026: Declare enrollment information online on the FTUGate system.
- August 24 - August 28 826: Prepare documents and carry out direct enrollment at the School according to the specific schedule of each program/training institution.
National Economics University
Enrollment time: From 8:00 AM on August 15, 2026 to 5:00 PM on August 23, 2026.
Enrollment procedure: Enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training's system; Enrollment on the National Economics University's system; Activities at the beginning of the course.
Academy of Banking
After looking up the admission results, students need to confirm admission on the General Admissions Support System before completing admission procedures.
From August 15 - 17, 2026, the Banking Academy officially welcomes new students of Course 29.
Some notes for freshmen:
- Students pay tuition fees fully, tuition fee exemptions and reductions (if any) will be refunded after enrollment when students complete tuition fee exemption and reduction dossiers.
- Dormitories are prioritized for students eligible for policy benefits first if they continue to be considered until they run out of places.
University of Commerce
Before 5:00 PM on August 28: Candidates enroll online on the University of Commerce system (TMU system). The school will have detailed instructions on the steps to implement.
September 4th: University of Commerce organizes a welcome ceremony for new students at the school. Candidates receive a hard copy of the admission notice directly at the school.
September 6th: Start of the first civic activity week of the term.
From September 14 to September 19, 2026 (expected): Candidates submit applications directly at the University of Commerce according to the list of documents required by the school to complete enrollment procedures.

Admission procedures for candidates who meet the admission requirements:
Step 1: Eligible candidates must confirm online admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's System before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026.
Candidates who do not confirm enrollment within the prescribed time are considered as refusing enrollment.
Step 2: Candidates follow the fanpage of Hanoi University of Pharmacy to update admission instructions. At the same time, candidates need to prepare admission documents and student documents according to the school's instructions.
Candidates should note to prepare two separate sets of documents, because admission documents and student documents are received at two different tables. Documents need to be arranged in the correct order as instructed.
Step 3: Candidates enroll directly at Hanoi University of Pharmacy from September 3 to 4. 2026. The specific time will be announced by the school via email or updated on the fanpage.
