Specifically, the admission methods are as follows:
- Direct admission: Implement according to the provisions of Article 8, Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDDT dated June 6, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training and regulations of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry.
- Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam: The total score of the exams/subjects according to the admission combination, adding priority points (if any) is from 15 points or more.
- Admission based on high school academic results (based on transcripts): The average total score of 3 subjects for the entire 12th grade year according to the admission combination, including priority points (if any) is 18 points or more.
For Ho Chi Minh City University of Management and Technology, in 2026, the school plans to apply 5 admission methods:
- Considering high school academic results ( tu graduation)
- Considering the results of the 2026 High School Graduation Exam
- Considering the results of the 2026 Competency Assessment Exam (Ho Chi Minh City National University)
- Direct admission according to the regulations of Ho Chi Minh City University of Management and Technology
- Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
In 2026, Yersin University of Da Lat plans to consider admission based on 4 methods:
Method 1: Admitting academic records based on the total average scores of 3 subjects in grade 12;
Method 2: Admitting academic records based on the average score of the entire 12th grade;
Method 3: Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam;
Method 4: Admission based on the results of the 2026 competency assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University or other universities.

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 3037/QD-BGDDT on the implementation of university and college admissions in 2026.
Accordingly, training institutions are required to develop specific implementation plans, ensuring consistency with the general plan of the Ministry; publicize and make admission information transparent so that candidates can soon access and prepare for admission registration, ensuring fairness in admission.
Admissions should be provided consistently about the expected admission methods, while implementing consultation and communication activities on admissions in 2026.
According to the plan, training institutions must complete the announcement of admission information on the training institution's website by February 15, 2026.
