In 2026, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, is expected to enroll 2,096 full-time university level students according to the following admission methods:
- Method 1: Consider the high school graduation exam results.
- Method 2: Consider high school academic results (class records).
- Method 3: Direct admission according to the regulations of the Enrollment Regulations.
- Method 4: Combine high school graduation exam results with foreign language certificates for admission consideration.
- Method 5: Combine high school academic results with foreign language certificates for admission consideration.
The school enrolls students for the following training majors: English Pedagogy, French Pedagogy, English Language, Russian Language, Japanese Language...



- For the 2026 enrollment course, the school has the expected tuition fee level as follows:
+ Tuition fees for block I (Science of Education and Training of Teachers, including majors: English/French/Chinese Pedagogy): from 17,900,000 VND/1 academic year/student to 23,290,000 VND/1 academic year/student, equivalent to 550,000 VND/1 credit to 685,000 VND/1 credit, depending on the enrollment year and the number of credits registered for study in the semester.
If learners register to enjoy the policy of supporting tuition and living expenses according to Decree 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government, they are not required to pay tuition fees.
+ Tuition fees for block VII (Social Sciences including, majors: English/French/Russian/Chinese/Japanese/Korean, Vietnamese Studies, International Studies, American Studies, International Communication): from 19,100,000 VND/1 academic year/student to 26,030,000 VND/1 academic year/student, equivalent to 570,000 VND/1 credit to 685,000 VND/1 credit, depending on each training major, enrollment year, the number of credits registered for study in the semester and whether learners are eligible for tuition fee exemption or reduction according to the provisions of Article 19 of Decree 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government.
In the following school years, the tuition fee level is adjusted to increase according to the tuition fee collection roadmap specified in Clause 2, Article 10, Decree 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government, the School ensures that the tuition fee increase rate of the next school year does not exceed 15% compared to the previous school year.
