1. Subjects and conditions for admission: Graduated from high school or equivalent.
2. Enrollment method:
- Method 1 (PT1 - code 100): Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam.
- Method 2 (PT2 - code 200): Admission based on 3 years of high school academic results (gradebook) according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, teacher training majors do not consider PT2 admission.
- Method 3 (PT3 - code 402A): Consider the results of the competency assessment (CA) exam of VNU-HCM (teacher training majors do not consider PT3 admission).
- Method 4 (PT4 - code 402B): Consider the results of the ĐGNL exam of Hanoi National University of Education.
- Method 5 (PT5 - code 405): Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam with aptitude test scores for Preschool Education/Physical Education of Quy Nhon University.
In addition, direct admission is implemented according to the Enrollment Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Expected tuition fees for the entire course are as follows:
+ Mass bachelor's training majors: 83 - 97 million VND (4-year course) Mass engineer training programs: 112.3 million VND (4.5-year course).
+ Training programs taught in English, Accounting training programs (ACCA), the expected tuition fee is 1.5 times higher than the general program.
