2. Subjects and conditions for admission:
- Candidates who have applied for the 2025 CAND with the exam codes CA1, CA2 in the admission combinations: A00, A01, D07, D01 (D01 in the transcript must have Physics or Chemistry) but have not been admitted or have not yet enrolled in schools outside the Public Security sector, and are eligible for the preliminary admission in terms of high school academics and academic performance of each subject in the admission combination.
- Southern male candidates according to the enrollment zone of the Ministry of Public Security: provinces and cities from Da Nang city onwards.
- Northern female candidates according to the enrollment zone of the Ministry of Public Security: provinces and cities from Hue city onwards.
- Ensure the input quality threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
3. Admission documents:
- Use the first round of CAND enrollment data.
- Photocopy of notarized ID card/Citizen identification card;
- Photocopy of the 2025 High School Exam Results Certificate;
- Photo of the BCA Exam Score Notice form;
- Additional admission registration form.
4. Time and method of receiving additional registration information:
- Time: from October 21, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025
- Location to receive additional registration information: Department of Training and Advanced Training Management - Fire Prevention and Fighting University.
5. Admission methods and additional admission procedures:
- Implement the admission method and admission process according to the provisions of Instruction 18/HD-BCA-X02.
- Candidates registering for a maximum of 03 (three) wishes for admission according to school codes and major codes. The priority order for admission is according toattered Aspirations 1, Aspirations 2, Aspirations 3. Priority is given to admission for majors and schools that are admitted for the first time.
- In case there are no candidates who are eligible for admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training according to each method for the regular university level, the admission method will be applied according to the assessment test score from high to low until the entire quota is exhausted.
The admission score is the score of the Ministry of Public Security's entrance exam on a scale of 100 plus regional priority points, priority subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and reward points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The calculation formula is as follows:
DXT = BTBCA + DC*10/3, in which:
+ DXT: admission score;
+ BTBCA: scores of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test;
+ CC: priority regional plus points, priority subjects and reward points.
In case the number of candidates with the same admission score, if all are taken, it will exceed the allocated quota, then the admission will be considered in the following order:
- First, consider candidates with scores in the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from high to low to meet the target;
- Second, consider candidates with multiple-choice test scores on the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from high to low to meet the target.
In case all of the above criteria are considered but the quota is still exceeded, when appraising the scoring plan, the Department of Training will coordinate with relevant units to report to the Ministry's leaders for consideration and decision.
