Educating students on emotional control skills after school violence incidents
Recently, school violence cases have increased in both quantity and severity, including many clashes that caused serious injuries, even deaths, as well as student violence against teachers and acts of spreading violence on social networks. The causes include a lack of emotional control of adolescents, psychological pressure, and gaps in communication between parents and children. Students often do not know how to control their emotions, leading to spontaneous reactions and violent actions.
From the perspective of parents, many parents encourage taking time to listen, share and accompany children to increase understanding, reduce conflicts, and create a safe environment for students. The school also needs to proactively organize thematic activities and invite psychological experts to support.

On the teachers' side, Ms. Nguyen Thien Huong - Vice Principal of Mai Lam Secondary School (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi) said that schools need to play a more proactive role in prevention. She believes that schools should organize thematic activities, invite psychological speakers and education experts to share, so that students can listen and feel practical lessons. See more...
