In phase 2, Thu Phuong and My Linh are no longer the leaders of the Alliances. The 2 Sisters will take on a new role as support and reinforcement.
The 2 Alliances officially disbanded to enter Show 3 with 5 teams, equivalent to 5 captain positions. The 4 captains from the 4 winning acts in Show 2 continued to hold these positions.
For performances without a captain, the Sister with the highest score in the performance will take on this role. The captains in this performance are Toc Tien, Kieu Anh, Thieu Bao Tram, Chau Tuyet Van.
The remaining captains are decided by the votes of the remaining 22 Sisters (except the 4 previous captains and 2 Sisters 2023). The sisters write 2 names they want to become captains, are allowed to write 2 different names or the same name, vote for themselves and cannot vote blank. The person with the highest number of votes will become the final captain.
Maitinhvi became the final captain in Performance 3.
Immediately after determining the 5 team leaders, the free Sister members will go to the common room.
Not taking on the role of team captain after two consecutive times, Minh Hang breathed a sigh of relief. Bui Lan Huong was worried that the teams might stay together until the end of the show.
In the Strategy Room, the 5 team leaders were given flower boxes containing flower rings - tokens for recruiting members. In Performance 3, there will be 5 formations. 4 formations have 5 members and 1 special formation has 6 members.
Toc Tien, Thieu Bao Tram, Chau Tuyet Van and Kieu Anh respectively chose the 5-member lineup. Maitinhvi took on the 6-member lineup with satisfaction and joy.
Toc Tien immediately sent an invitation to Minh Hang, surprising Thieu Bao Tram: "Tram didn't think that Tien would invite Hang."
Before the first choice, Toc Tien confided: "At that time, I don't know why, but I only had one choice in my mind, which was Minh Hang, there was no second choice."
Kieu Anh did not hesitate to choose Hoang Yen Chibi as the first member.
Finally, the 5 lineups at Performance 3 were revealed:
Toc Tien's team: Toc Tien (captain), Minh Hang, Minh Tuyet, Ngoc Phuoc and Tuimi.
Thieu Bao Tram's team: Thieu Bao Tram (captain), Mie, Vu Ngoc Anh, Duong Hoang Yen and Gil Le.
Chau Tuyet Van's team: Chau Tuyet Van (captain), Ai Phuong, Ngoc Anh, Thuy Hien and Phuong Thanh.
Kieu Anh's team: Kieu Anh (captain), Hoang Yen Chibi, Xuan Nghi, Pham Quynh Anh and Ngoc Thanh Tam.
Maitinhvi's team: Maitinhvi (captain), Thao Trang, Misthy, Hau Hoang, Bui Lan Huong and Dong Anh Quynh.
