In recent days, My Duyen's name has been mentioned a lot after a clip recording the scene of her 3 times throwing bricks at a house in Cau Ong Lanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City. After that, the police intervened to verify and clarify the reason why this runner-up threw bricks at people's houses.
At noon on July 24, on her personal page, runner-up My Duyen confirmed that she was the character in the clip, saying that the incident happened when she had used alcoholic beverages and lost control while joking with her best friend.
My Duyen apologized, affirming that she had proactively apologized to the people involved and denied rumors of using banned substances.
My Duyen was born in 2001, from Quang Binh (now Quang Tri province).
After graduating from high school, she studied Finance - Banking at a university in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides studying, this beauty has participated in modeling and advertising activities and has worked as a deputy director's assistant.
In 2024, My Duyen won the title of 2nd Runner-up of Miss & Mister Celebrity Vietnam 2024 (Miss & Mister Superstar Vietnam). This is a domestic beauty contest aimed at finding faces with potential to operate in the fields of fashion, entertainment and media, and at the same time selecting representatives to participate in the international arena with the same system as Miss & Mister Celebrity International.
After being crowned, the beauty participated in a number of fashion shows, brand promotion, fashion photography and accompanied events of the contest organizers. At the beginning of 2026, she appeared in the activities of Miss & Mister Celebrity Vietnam as the incumbent runner-up, sharing experiences and congratulating the new Miss and Mister of the new season.
