The “Drum of Rice” stage was considered an unprecedented phenomenon of the program when it achieved the number 1 position on YouTube’s trending music chart. For a whole month after its broadcast, “Drum of Rice” remained on the chart, opening a new direction for future performances.
Not only inspiring covers (remakes of the original), this performance also conquered many generations of audiences, with its creativity in combining folk melodies, rap and R&B.The trio of artists composed an additional rap and wrote new lyrics, adding choreography without losing the familiar melody of “Trong com”.
Following that success, the medley “Dao Mua Dong - Tro Ve” staged a nostalgic scene and image, recreating a heroic historical period but the musical material still had a contemporary and fresh color.
The passion for national culture of the creators of Call Me by Fire burned quietly and exploded in the 4th performance, with a series of performances using folk materials such as ancient cheo, cup dance, reformed opera... The performances not only took the audience on a tour of Vietnam, enjoying the beauty of indigenous culture, but also provided an opportunity for the artists to truly experience and deeply absorb the long-standing cultural values of the nation.
