Billboard's World Albums chart ended the week on February 7, continuing to record the dominance of K-pop artists when many big names simultaneously occupied high positions, showing the persistent attraction of the Korean wave in the global music market.
Leading this week is ENHYPEN with their latest mini album "The sin: vanish". This is the second consecutive week that the album has held the No. 1 position (ie top 1), and continues to be present on Billboard 200. Not only that, ENHYPEN also has two other products on the chart. The 2024 release album "Romance: untold" rose to No. 19 in its 81st week, while the 2025 mini album "Desire: unleash" ranked No. 21, marking its 35th week on the chart.
Stray Kids also showed admirable endurance when up to five albums appeared together. "Do it" held the No. 2 position, followed by "Karma" at No. 7. Previous albums including "合 (Hop)", "Ate" and "★★★★★ (5-star)" respectively held high rankings, showing the band's wide coverage and stable sales.
BTS continues to affirm their global position when three albums are in the top charts. The "Proof" compilation rose to No. 3 in its 190th week. "Map of the soul: 7" and "Love yourself: tear" respectively ranked No. 9 and No. 17, proving the long-lasting vitality of group-inspired music products.
Besides, CORTIS's debut EP "Color outside the lines" climbed to No. 4, while ILLIT appeared at No. 10 with "Bomb". Jimin's (BTS) solo album "Muse" held No. 13, while NewJeans continued to maintain their form with "Get up" at No. 16.
The dense presence of K-pop artists on Billboard World Albums shows the increasingly deep influence of this genre, while reflecting that the global fan community still maintains strong consumption over the years.
