On the morning of June 24, the High-level People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City opened an appeal trial, considering the appeals of the parties in the case of "dispute over inheritance of assets, request to cancel the individual decision and demand a house for temporary housing" between the plaintiff, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (sister of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh) and the defendant, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan (daughter of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh).
After consultation, the Trial Council decided to postpone the trial due to the absence of many people with related rights and obligations. The next trial will be decided later. Regarding Ms. Hong Nhung's request to re-evaluate the signature of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh, the presiding judge said he would consider postponing the trial.
