This is a major cultural and political event, a spiritual gift from the Party, State, and people of Vietnam to the Party, State and people of Laos, celebrating the success of the 12th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and celebrating the 105th birthday of Chairman Kaysone Phomvihane.
The program is organized by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Lao Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos, under the close and direct attention and direction of senior leaders of the two Parties and States.
The honorable program was attended by Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, President of the Lao PDR and his wife; Comrade Sonexay Siphandone - Prime Minister of the Lao PDR and his wife; along with Comrade members of the Politburo, Secretariat, Members of the Party Central Committee and leaders of ministries, departments, and branches of Laos.

On the Vietnamese side, the event was attended by Comrade Nguyen Van Hung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos Nguyen Minh Tam. In particular, the event welcomed the presence of over 15,000 spectators who are people of Vientiane capital and the Vietnamese community living and working in Laos, creating a sea of people with brilliant flags and flowers.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Minister Nguyen Van Hung emphasized the scale and great stature of the Vietnam-Laos bilateral relationship as a faithful and pure love that is rare in the world, overcoming the challenges of history and constantly blossoming and bearing fruit.
Minister Nguyen Van Hung said that the language of art will honor the glorious achievements that the Party, State and People of Laos have achieved.
This program is a "new milestone" emphaticing the connection, trust, sincerity, and righteousness between comrades and brothers. That is a message affirming the firm belief in the path of prosperous development of Laos and culture will continue to be a "red thread" throughout, further tightening the special solidarity between the two countries.

Emotionally speaking in response, Lao Minister of Culture and Tourism Suansavanh Viyaketh expressed deep gratitude for the great spiritual gift that Vietnam presented. The Lao Minister of Culture and Tourism affirmed that today's event vividly reflects the cultural cooperation relationship between the two countries, leaving a strong mark in the history of Lao - Vietnamese cultural exchange.
The magnificent and elaborate program not only accurately reflects the grandeur of the relationship, but also shows the respect that the Vietnamese people have for the important events of Laos.
This important event contributes practically, creating a new step forward in consolidating and developing the great friendship, special solidarity, and strategic linkage between Laos and Vietnam as strongly and brightly as Champa flowers and Golden Lotus flowers, which will forever spread their fragrance and last over time.

The art program consists of 3 chapters with a stream of emotions flowing continuously. In which, chapter 1: "Truong Son - A source of solidarity" is a historical film made of music, recreating the heroic spirit of the years of side by side, sharing sweetness and bitterness between the army and people of the two countries.
Chapter 2: "Champanese Fragrance - Golden Lotus" introduces cultural heritage, honoring the beauty of the country of millions of elephants and Vietnamese vineyards and rivers. Chapter 3: "Sharing a Future" is the explosion of modern, youthful music, expressing the aspiration to rise of the two countries in the new era.



The National Stadium of Laos has been lit up in a mesmerizing art space, with multi-dimensional LED screens, combined with advanced 3D Mapping technology. The majestic Truong Son range is vividly recreated, or the images of lotus and Champa flowers "blooming" brilliantly, soaring in the air makes the audience admire and be moved.
Not only is it a cultural event to celebrate the success of the 12th Party Congress of Laos, the program is also an affirmation of the strong vitality of the special Vietnam-Laos relationship in the new era.
By combining traditional values and modern technology, Vietnam has sent the most precious message to the friendly country of Laos: Even if the world changes, the Vietnamese-Lao brotherly love is still an endless "scholar", forever green and eternally sustainable.
