Candidates failed, the school said "technical errors"
Candidates across the country are in the process of being confirmed to study on the Ministry of Education and Training's system. However, some candidates who applied to Ho Chi Minh City University of Education said that they were confirmed to be admitted on the school's system but were admitted to another school after checking on the Ministry of Education and Training's system.

Many other candidates have encountered cases of virtual admission, not having enough points to enter the school but still failing all wishes behind them even though they have more than the standard points to enter the back aspirations, but the test on the Ministry of Education and Training system still does not admit any wishes.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Education announced that on August 22, the school announced the admission benchmark for 2025. Immediately afterwards, the school reviewed the admission list and found that there were cases where candidates did not achieve the standard score but were named in the admission list and vice versa.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Education acknowledged that the above incident was due to technical errors and to ensure the maximum rights of candidates, it has issued an official dispatch proposing that the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) create conditions for candidates to continue admission and request support from relevant universities.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has worked with each higher education institution and has initially received very active cooperation.
"Parents and candidates will be properly resolved to ensure their legitimate rights," the school affirmed.
Ensuring maximum rights for learners
Speaking with Lao Dong at noon on August 26, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son said that the Ministry has received the above information. However, the number of students encountering the above situation is not much, only accounting for a few to a few dozen students - a very small number out of a total of more than 1 million candidates.
The reason was pointed out to be due to technical errors from schools and according to university admission regulations, schools will coordinate with each other to find a solution, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The Deputy Minister affirmed that the viewpoint of schools and the Ministry of Education and Training is to ensure maximum rights for learners.
"Once the admission conditions are announced, the solution for candidates is that they will be admitted as long as they are eligible" - the Deputy Minister affirmed.
