On June 30, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MOCST) held a ceremony to hand over the Decision on appointment of officials. Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh chaired the ceremony.
According to Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Anh Tuan, in Decision No. 2088, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Foreign Affairs - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
In Decision No. 2128, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to accept and appoint Ms. Khuong Thi Nhan - Head of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education, Ministry of Education and Training - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Financial Planning, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh said that the two newly appointed officials are both officials who are highly appreciated for their abilities and have held many different positions. Therefore, the Permanent Deputy Minister expressed his hope that both cadres will quickly integrate and promote the passion to contribute to the common development of the unit as well as the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Emphasizing that the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the Department of Planning and Finance are both "head of the wind", carrying the responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with very specific and heavy tasks, the Permanent Deputy Minister hopes that the two appointed officials will make every effort and make practical contributions so that the units can complete their tasks from now until the end of the year as well as in the coming period.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai, thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their trust and giving her the opportunity to practice and challenge herself in the new environment.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai also thanked the leaders of the Department of Information and Foreign Information for their attention, support and the staff of the Department for accompanying and sharing throughout her work.
Deputy Director Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai also hopes to continue to receive the direction and orientation of the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the attention and sharing of the leaders of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, relevant departments and offices in the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the support of the staff of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
Deputy Director Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai promised to make more efforts, together with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, to fulfill assigned tasks, complete targets and goals assigned by the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, contributing to affirming the position of the tourism industry, so that tourism can truly become a spearhead economic sector, contributing positively to the country's growth.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Khuong Thi Nhan, thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their attention and appointment of her as Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, and at the same time, thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, the leaders of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (formerly), and the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education for creating conditions and helping her throughout her work.
