Many incidents
When she was only 3 years old, actress Le Hien Hanh was paralyzed in both legs due to a train accident, then became a determined girl, overcoming all difficulties in life.
However, on the morning of August 2, 2025, director Hong Anh and her family announced that Le Hien Hanh had passed away due to postpartum complications.
After giving birth to a baby girl, she was still healthy normally for nearly an hour with her child. However, she suddenly had a seizure and then stopped breathing. Although she was taken to the emergency room immediately, she fell into a deep coma and died.
Family members shared that she suffered from unknown myocardial exhaustion, leading to this unfortunate ending.
Although her life is short, the meaning of life and spirit left by the actress still lasts forever. The image of a strong girl, who does not allow herself to be suffocated by circumstances, is loved and remembered by many people forever.
