On the afternoon of July 30, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province held a meeting and received a delegation of Indian filmmakers to implement the SILAA international film project. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Tan chaired the meeting.
At the reception, Mr. Hoang Xuan Tan expressed his pleasure at welcoming the Bollywood film crew to film at the famous landmarks of Quang Tri such as Tu Lan, Hang Tien, Tan Hoa, Phong Nha - Ke Bang... At the same time, introduced the orientation of developing green, sustainable tourism associated with cinema and the cultural industry, with the expectation of building Quang Tri into an attractive destination for world cinema.
The provincial leaders affirmed that they will create all favorable conditions for the film crew to complete the filming scenes in Quang Tri well, and at the same time hoped that the beautiful and unique images of the locality would spread to hundreds of millions of Indian and global audiences.

The film crew's filming plan at many prominent attractions in the province from July 31 to August 12, 2025. With a total budget of about 4 million USD, the film is a romantic action film, exploiting a love story mixed with revenge elements, staged with many thrilling action scenes and eye-catching images.
