This past Christmas, at the "Youth Rendezvous" stage, hundreds of audiences from Hai Duong City came to enjoy the cultural and artistic exchange to welcome Christmas and checked in to record beautiful images with Santa Claus, reindeer sleigh and Christmas tree... In particular, children were excited to participate in the programs at "Youth Rendezvous".

Interesting meeting place
Speaking with Lao Dong, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Chi - Secretary of Hai Duong City Youth Union - said that "Youth Rendezvous" is one of two key cultural and artistic performance venues of Bach Dang walking street, assigned by the City Party Committee - People's Committee to Hai Duong City Youth Union to be in charge.
The goal of "Youth Rendezvous" is to create a cultural and artistic activity that attracts young people to the walking street every weekend; a meeting place - exchange - performance place for clubs, teams, groups, union members, and youth in and outside the province. Through that, it contributes to promoting the image of the walking street to young people.
After nearly 2 years of operation, "Youth Rendezvous" has become an interesting meeting place for young people on the walking street. In 2024 alone, Hai Duong Youth Union organized 104 cultural, artistic, physical education and sports programs at the Walking Street - Bach Dang Night Market space with 1,400 performances with the participation of more than 100 clubs, teams and groups, attracting over 52,000 people to participate and enjoy.
In particular, "Youth Rendezvous" has become a destination for young people with the reality game show Super Speed Matchmaking becoming an indispensable "spiritual food" every Sunday night. The program "Free Haircuts" also made its mark with 30-40 free haircuts each week.
Built a Facebook group for the walking street with 21,000 members and thousands of interactions every day. Established a media club with 8 members in charge of filming and taking photos for walking street activities.
The Secretary of the Hai Duong City Youth Union added: "By 2025, in addition to maintaining the walking street activities with programs that have become a brand, the City Youth Union plans to innovate and bring many new types of performances, following the trends of young people, investing in performance stages with modern, quality equipment.
Besides the show "Super Speed Matchmaking", it is expected to test the reality show "Love Message"; open more check-in areas for young people..."
