In which, the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance will be merged. The name of the Department after the merger is expected to be the Department of Economics and Finance. The project completion date is before December 31, 2024.
Merge the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction. The name of the Department after the merger is expected to be the Department of Construction and Transport.
Merge the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The name of the Department after the merger is expected to be the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Merge the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Science and Technology. The name of the Department after the merger is expected to be the Department of Science, Technology and Communications.
Merge the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs. The name of the Department after the merger is expected to be the Department of Home Affairs and Labor.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requires the name of the agency after the merger to be consistent with the name of the new Ministry after the merger, and must be arranged and ensure the inheritance of all functions and tasks according to regulations.
The head of an agency or organization must be responsible to the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for the roadmap, plan and results of implementing the organizational arrangement according to regulations.
