According to Cuu Thanh My, she and Dien Hu Ninh started dating in 2023 and broke up in early 2024. However, after the relationship ended, she said that she discovered many hidden truths during their relationship. In a live broadcast on the evening of March 13, the female blogger emotionally said that the actor was suspected of having many relationships at the same time and even concealing the story of having children.
She affirmed that the actor's child was said to have been born at a time when she and he had not broken up.

After that, the broadcasting platform locked the related livestream room due to violating content regulations and suspected dissemination of unverified information. The controversial videos have not yet spread on major platforms.
Dien Hu Ninh's side has not yet given a direct response to the latest incident. However, before that, the actor had been repeatedly involved in rumors related to marriage, having children or adultery. In 2025, the management company issued a notice affirming that the actor is single and all rumors about marriage or children are fabricated.
According to information from the management team, they have collected evidence and initiated lawsuits against accounts accused of spreading false information, including content editing images or using AI technology to create rumors. Some previous lawsuits are said to have ended with the spreader having to publicly apologize.
