According to statistics from the Provincial Election Commission, the whole province has 32 voters aged 100 and over participating in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Among them, 10 voters aged 100 and over in localities (An Sinh, Ha Tu, Ha Lam, Hoanh Bo, Dam Ha, Hai Ninh, Vang Danh) were directly present at the polling stations to hold elections.
Voter Doan Thi Tam (106 years old, Binh Son Dong area, An Sinh ward) is the oldest voter in the province.

The early appearance of elderly voters not only contributes to making the atmosphere at the polling station more exciting but also spreads a beautiful image of the spirit and responsibility of citizens on the day of national democracy.
When arriving at the polling station, elderly voters were welcomed by the polling team and forces in the neighborhood, village, and hamlet, and guided on necessary procedures according to regulations.

For elderly and weak voters who cannot vote on their own, the election teams have brought ballot boxes to their homes, ensuring that all people can exercise their rights and obligations during the festival of the country.

As of noon on March 15, Quang Ninh province had 922,902 voters voting, reaching a rate of 89.27%. In which, 419/1,243 polling areas had 100% voter participation; 3/54 communes, wards, and special zones have completed 100% of voters in the list of voters participating in voting.
