On the morning of February 23rd (the 7th day of the first lunar month), Tra Que Vegetable Village, Hoi An Tay Ward (Da Nang City) organized the Binh Ngo 2026 Flower Bridge Festival. This is an opportunity for local people to express their respect and gratitude to heaven and earth, gods and pioneers, and at the same time pray for a new year of favorable weather, prosperous people and abundant harvests.

Tra Que Bridge Festival is one of the typical traditional festivals of Tra Que vegetable region residents, held on two days, February 22nd and 23rd (January 6th and 7th of the lunar calendar). According to the People's Committee of Hoi An Tay ward, this year's festival continues to be organized with full traditional rituals, ensuring the long-standing customs and habits of local people.
Besides the solemn ceremony part, the festival part is vibrant with many unique cultural and folk activities such as Bai Choi, lion - dragon dance performances, soil digging and cabbage planting contest, culinary contest with dishes associated with Tra Que vegetable growing. These activities not only create a joyful atmosphere, connecting the community but also contribute to introducing traditional agricultural cultural life to tourists.
In the context of increasing competition between tourist destinations, the Cau Bong Tra Que Festival is considered an important cultural highlight, contributing to enriching local tourism products and attracting domestic and international tourists.


Mr. Ngo Nguyen Tho - Director of the Hoi An Tay Ward Public Service Supply Center, right from the end of 2025, the Cau Bong festival was included in the 2026 festival program by the Cam Ha Ward People's Committee and was identified as one of the festivals opening the Lunar New Year, contributing to creating highlights for local tourism activities. The organization of the festival is not only aimed at preserving traditional cultural values but also towards serving people and tourists in the early spring.
Regarding the direction of tourism development in Binh Ngo year 2026, Hoi An Tay ward identifies tourism development in a green and sustainable direction, based on the existing strengths of the locality, especially community tourism," Mr. Tho said.
