The special art program "New Vision - New Era" to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party and celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam is scheduled to take place at 8:00 PM on January 23, at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi).
The program is broadcast live on VTV3 channel - Vietnam Television and digital platforms. It is expected that about 30,000 people will participate in the program.
The program is directed by the Party Central Committee; the Hanoi City Party Committee presides over the implementation, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies.
The program is organized to widely propagate and create an atmosphere of excitement in the entire Party, people and army about the meaning, stature and major orientations of the 14th National Party Congress - the important political event of the country, opening a new stage of development.
This is also an activity to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), affirming the leadership and ruling role of the Party, consolidating the trust of cadres, party members and people; encouraging and motivating the entire Party, people, and army to promote the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, confidence, self-reliance, and self-strengthening; creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, determined to bring the Resolution of the 14th Congress into life.
The program aims to affirm the typical achievements of the country over 40 years of Doi Moi (1986 - 2026), spread the aspiration to develop a strong and prosperous Vietnam; contribute to consolidating social consensus, strengthening national pride and belief in the Party's renovation guidelines.
At the same time, honoring the revolutionary, civilized, and heroic traditions of Hanoi Capital; arousing pride and responsibility in building and protecting the Capital - the Heart of the whole country; contributing to fostering cultural values, elegant and civilized Hanoi people; affirming the role and responsibility of the Capital in the era of national rise.
According to the plan, the art program is expected to be preliminarily reviewed at 8:00 PM on January 18, and the general review is expected at 8:00 PM on January 21.
At the same time, according to information from the Hanoi People's Committee, in the My Dinh National Stadium area, there will be a fireworks program starting from 8:10 PM according to the script of the Special Art Program to celebrate the success of the 14th Party Congress.
