Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued a plan on coordinating the organization of fireworks displays in the special art program to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress in Hanoi Capital.
According to the plan, the fireworks display point is located in the My Dinh National Stadium area. In which, fireworks are installed on the roof and on both sides of stand B; high-altitude fireworks are arranged in the area from halfway Le Duc Tho street through the clock to the vacant lot in front of the Aquatic Sports Palace, Tu Liem ward.
The total number of fireworks used includes 4,600 high-altitude fireworks, 950 flower sprayers of all kinds and 4,400 fireworks tubes.
The construction time of the fireworks display site takes place from January 11 to January 23. The fireworks display program lasts about 30 minutes, expected to start from 8:10 PM on January 23 according to the script of the Special Art Program to celebrate the success of the 14th Party Congress.
The cost of organizing fireworks displays is guaranteed by Sun Group.
The City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Capital High Command to coordinate with agencies and functional departments of the Ministry of National Defense to grasp the results of inspection and evaluation of conformity to ensure standards, technical regulations, types, brands, production countries, production years, and expiration dates for fireworks products imported by Sun Group and 21 Chemical Co., Ltd.; the inspection results ensure sufficient conditions for foreign experts and other forces performing fireworks shooting tasks hired by Sun Group.
The City Police presides over the development of plans and schemes to ensure social security and safety, traffic safety; especially guiding and diverting traffic to ensure traffic around the fireworks display area; creating conditions for vehicles carrying fireworks and technical vehicles to enter the battlefield.
The Department of Culture and Sports directs relevant agencies to organize the installation of LED screens on both sides of My Dinh National Stadium Square to serve people watching the Special Art Program.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs the Technical Center for Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with the People's Committee of Tu Liem Ward to ensure environmental sanitation; survey and install mobile toilets in the fireworks display area, where many people gather to serve people, ensuring urban aesthetics.
Tu Liem Ward People's Committee ensures land for Sun Group to gather forces and technical means to deploy the construction of fireworks display sites; ensure environmental sanitation and lighting in the display area.
