The program "Song 26 - Thoughts with Time" returns with a new look when the stage is designed in an open space direction, creating a feeling like a "memory street" where music, memories and life stories intersect.
Tran Thanh takes on the role of host, transforming into an "emotional collector" - a character like a "time traveler" searching for forgotten emotions. Accompanying him are three familiar faces: Ngo Kien Huy, Buitruonglinh and My My, respectively playing the role of connecting emotions through narration and interaction, helping the program's flow to be coherent like a story instead of just a separate series of performances.
The highlight of "Song 26" is a cast of artists spanning many generations. In the group of young artists creating great attraction, the program has HIEUTHUHAI, B Ray, Negav, Rhyder, Duong Domic... bringing energetic performances. Meanwhile, female singers and young voices such as Bich Phuong, Amee, Orange, Min, Hoang Duyen, Bao Anh, Juky San, Han Sara... contribute to creating a diverse color palette, from bright, vibrant to deep and lingering.
The program is divided into emotional chapters: innocence, immersion, regret – remorse, letting go, beginning, gratitude and peace.
In the opening chapter "Naive", the performance "How to love properly" performed by Bich Phuong, Lamoon, My My, Juky San and Quynh Anh Shyn was comprehensively renewed, incorporating the Tet atmosphere with familiar images such as apricot blossoms, parallel sentences, banh tet,... creating a feeling of closeness and ease of "catching up" from the beginning.
Moving on to the "Sink" chapter, the "Parallel Universe - No Time - Regret for You" combination opens up a poetic space, exploiting the vague emotions of meetings and moments of silence. A noteworthy point is the performance featuring the appearance of artificial intelligence vocals in the combined performance, showing efforts to test new technology (artificial intelligence - AI) to create a different experience for the audience.
In the "Regret - remorse" chapter, the program series is deepened with song combinations such as "The First Person", "Now", "Keep Me Yesterday" or "Waiting for You to Return", exploiting the mid-term mood of those who stay and those who leave. The staged space is told with images of rain, night streets, cinemas,... helping emotions not only "listen" but also feel like they are "watching" again.
Notably, Quang Hung MasterD brought a new song "Microwave" with a youthful and modern staging. The performance is set in a street setting, combining performance and fashion elements, creating an explosive atmosphere after a series of quiet stages, becoming one of the clear "change of temperature" moments of New Year's Eve.
Besides music, "Song 26" still retains the "specialty" of Tet comedy with the skit "That's virtual Tet" gathering People's Artist Kim Xuan, Huynh Lap, Le Duong Bao Lam, Le Khanh and Puka. The skit explores a family story in the social media era, when each person hugs a phone, unintentionally forgetting true reunion. The message is pushed up in the section "pulling" everything to the dining table, reminding that Tet is not in likes or views, but in the moment of sitting next to each other.
