Jungkook greeted fans on the Weverse platform, saying, "My New Year's greetings are late," and added, "This is the year we're discharged from the military and the year we meet again."
He continued to share: "That doesn't mean there's a big change in my feelings. As usual, I'm looking forward to seeing you all. There's not much to say about my feelings, I'm just patiently waiting."
Jungkook enlisted in December 2023 along with fellow member Jimin and is currently serving as an active duty soldier in the military. This year marks the return of all BTS members after completing their military service. Jungkook is expected to be discharged in June 2025.
Sharing his thoughts, Jungkook said: "If there's one thing I want to do as soon as possible, it's to spend time learning and growing in many ways for ARMY (BTS fans). Time seems to pass by so quickly, but I wish it could pass even faster. I miss you so much that I feel overwhelmed."
