Highlights from the identity of wards and communes
After the merger of administrative boundaries, the urban space of Ho Chi Minh City has been expanded, creating more space for localities to promote their cultural, historical and unique identity advantages in tourism development. On that basis, many wards and communes have proactively built and implemented unique tourism tours, contributing to innovating the city's urban tourism products.
Xuan Hoa Ward People's Committee has just launched the Xuan Hoa Tourism tour - Old shape in the new street, aiming to exploit the cultural, historical and traditional potential of the locality. The tour introduces unique beliefs and architecture, and at the same time, guides tourists to learn about the formation and development process of Xuan Hoa. Tan Dinh ward is also shaping its own tourism product. The locality has just launched a tour "Cultural Experience - Tan Dinh Imprint", with a half-day journey, taking tourists to visit typical places such as Tan Dinh Church, Duc Thanh Tran Hung Dao Temple, Ngoc Hoang Pagoda...

Through new tours, tourists have the opportunity to better understand the locality, identify historical and cultural values still present in urban life. This experiential activity also contributes to attracting domestic and foreign tourists, and better promotes local tourism potential.
In the Vung Tau area, many prominent check-in points such as Tam Thang tower, Nghinh Phong Cape are attracting a large number of tourists, contributing to enhancing the value of the destination and promoting the local tourism image. In parallel with infrastructure investment, Vung Tau is oriented to develop a variety of tourism products, from entertainment, sightseeing, check-in to sports, health and resorts. In which, the locality focuses on high-end, modern, and high value-added services to meet the increasingly diverse needs of tourists.
Promote promotion on digital platforms
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa - Chairwoman of the Member Council of Saigontourist Group, for Vietnamese tourism to reach the world level, the deep connection and sustainable companionship between the government, businesses and the community is a key factor.
Cooperation with 168 wards, communes, special zones of Ho Chi Minh City and media partners is not only aimed at developing tourism economy, but also towards preserving heritage, building a civilized tourism environment and improving the quality of life for people.
Representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism said that the attractiveness of the city comes not only from the vibrant pace of life but also from the heroic spirit and characteristic hospitality. Over more than 300 years of development, Ho Chi Minh City has become a crossroads of many cultural, culinary and creative flows, creating a unique identity that attracts tourists.
In order to promote the role of 168 wards, communes and special zones in tourism promotion, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism deploys a network of cultural and tourism promotion channels and government-to-people interaction channels on a digital platform. 168 local representatives become content creators, introducing cultural values, destinations, typical products and identity of each region - spreading the true image of Ho Chi Minh City from the community itself. This creates a rich content picture, helping people and tourists explore urban life, community culture, cuisine and interesting things of the city.
