On May 12, the Department of Fine Arts, Forestry and Exhibition (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An to organize the photo exhibition "Land, People of ASEAN" which opened at the Nghe An Provincial Museum.
This is an event within the framework of the series of activities of the 2025 Sen Village Festival to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tuan Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Lan - Director of Department of Culture and Arts, Propaganda Department and Central Mobilization; Mr. Dang Tran Cuong - Director of Cinema Department; Mr. Ngo Tuan Phong - Deputy Director of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition.
On the local side, there were Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee and many artists and people who love photography.
The exhibition brings together nearly 200 excellent photographic works by artists from Vietnam and countries in the ASEAN bloc. The works vividly reflect the natural beauty, cultural life and people in the region, conveying the message of a united, humane and unique ASEAN.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - emphasized the role of art as an important "front" in line with President Ho Chi Minh's advice. She affirmed: "The exhibition is not only a place for the public to access selected artistic photos in the region, but also a cultural bridge, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and friendship among ASEAN countries".
In the solemn exhibition space, delegates and people of Nghe An admired moments rich in artistic and humanistic values - from the smiles of children in the coastal areas of Vietnam to the peaceful scenery in the countryside of Thailand or traditional festivals in Cambodia.
The exhibition not only contributes to enriching the content of the Sen Village Festival but is also an opportunity to introduce the image of Nghe An - the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh - to regional and international friends. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for photographers to exchange, connect, and contribute to promoting artistic creativity in an increasingly open and cooperative ASEAN space.
The exhibition will last until the Sen Village Festival, open to the public free of charge.
