The special art program to celebrate the National Patriotic Emulation Congress 2025 is a large-scale cultural and political event, solemnly organized with the meaning of widely spreading the spirit of patriotic emulation in the new era.

Not just a general art program, the event is an artistic - historical journey, vividly recreating the journey of more than 7 decades of the Patriotic Emulation movement of the Vietnamese nation, from the early days of independence to the period of renovation, integration and the desire to rise strongly today.
The program is built according to a coherent three-chapter structure, creating a coherent and continuous stream of emotions.
With the theme "From that autumn - Historical milestones", chapter I opens with a mapping grand scene space, combining the performance "Calls to the country", recalling President Ho Chi Minh's Call for Patriotic Emulation in 1948. Typical emulation movements that have gone down in history such as "Kill the hungry, kill the ignorant", "Dai Phong Wind", "Ba Ready", "Animal Year", "Ba Bearable"... are vividly recreated through music, scenes and documentary reports, depicting the spirit of solidarity and resilience of the nation in the resistance wars to protect the Fatherland.
Chapter II - "Vietnam's Miracle" reflects the achievements of the country in the period of renovation and integration. The spirit of patriotic emulation is placed in a contemporary context, associated with creativity, infrastructure development, economy, science and technology, sports, and humane movements such as erecting temporary houses, supporting people in disaster-stricken areas, ensuring social security, and not leaving anyone behind. The combination of modern music and documentary images has highlighted emulation as a driving force to promote sustainable development.
Chapter III - "Shining Enthusiasm - Towards the Future" brings youthful and modern colors, affirming the aspiration to contribute of today's generation on the journey to conquer the country's development goals in the period 2030 - 2045. Energy-rich songs, imbued with Vietnamese identity, resonate like a new call, continuing the sacred tradition of ancestors with intelligence, bravery and aspiration to reach out to the world.
The program features the participation of many famous artists and singers such as People's Artist Trung Duc, Meritorious Artist Cao Minh, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, along with singers Tung Duong, Pham Anh Khoa, Vo Ha Tram, Hoa Minzy, Hoang Bach, Khanh Linh, Duc Tuan, Phuong Thanh, Nguyen Hung, Thu Hang, S.T Son Thach; Oplus, Ngu Cung groups.

The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress takes place in two days, December 26-27, 2025, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi) with the participation of 2,223 delegates to summarize the emulation movement for the period 2021 - 2025 and orient tasks for the period 2026 - 2030.
