Moka reappears, ILLIT returns to full squad

BeLift Lab management company confirmed that member Moka of ILLIT will return to work with the group after more than a month of suspension due to health reasons.

On May 29 (Korean time), BeLift Lab announced that Moka will participate in the final promotion week for her 4th mini album "Mamihlapinatapai", starting from the "Music Bank" stage broadcast on the same day.

According to the management company, the female idol has focused on treatment and rest in the past time. After the recovery process, Moka received consent from the medical team to be able to return to activities within the scope appropriate to her current health condition.

BeLift Lab said Moka expressed a strong desire to return to the stage soon to meet fans before the album promotion ends. Therefore, the company decided to let her reappear in the group's last week of activity.

However, the management side emphasized that the artist's health is still prioritized. Some of Moka's schedules may change depending on the actual situation. At the same time, the female singer will not participate in "2026 Weverse Con Festival" taking place on June 6 because she cannot participate in the rehearsal and general rehearsal before the program.

This announcement quickly received great attention from the K-pop fan community. Many viewers expressed their joy that Moka could return to activities with the members after a period of absence due to health issues.

Previously, on April 20, BeLift Lab announced that Moka would temporarily stop all activities to focus on restoring physical condition, right before ILLIT released a new mini album. During the female idol's absence, the group maintained activities with a 4-member lineup.

ILLIT is a girl group under BeLift Lab, a subsidiary of HYBE Labels. The group debuted in 2024 and quickly attracted attention thanks to their youthful style and many songs that spread on social networking platforms.

Moka's return is seen as a positive sign for ILLIT fans in the final promotional phase of the album "Mamihlapinatapai".
